feat(ry-h5): logo 改为项目根 logo.png, 加 favicon

- ry-h5/static/logo.png 72x72 占位图 → 776x776 项目 logo
- ry-h5/index.html 加 <link rel='icon' type='image/png' href='/static/logo.png'>
- 代码里现无 logo 引用 (POC 只有相机页), 但文件统一品牌
