Accounts.vue 用法: .manager-accounts { padding: 16px; max-width: 1200px; }
无 margin: 0 auto, 所以主面板靠左对齐, 不是居中。
我之前加的 margin: 0 auto 让它居中了, 跟 Accounts.vue 不一致, 已删。
