fix: manager/workbench 移动端 5 个 KPI 卡 5 列 → 2 列
原 .stats-grid { grid-template-columns: repeat(5, 1fr) }, 桌面 5 列 OK,
手机端 (375px) 每个卡 75px 宽, 文字/数字严重拥挤.
mobile (≤768px):
- .stats-grid 改为 repeat(2, 1fr) (2 列布局, 2 + 2 + 1, 5 个 KPI 卡合理)
- .stat-card padding 24px → 16px 12px, min-height 120 → 90px
- .stat-label 14px → 12px, margin-bottom 16 → 8px
- .stat-value 32px → 24px (数字依然醒目)
- .section padding 20/24 → 14/16, .section-title 15 → 14px
- .manager-workbench 16 → 12px
- .breadcrumb 13 → 12px
